BBQ Skewers with Herb Dip

  • 1 piece/s zucchini
  • 1 piece/s yellow pepper
  • 1 piece/s aubergine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 8 piece/s wooden skewers

Herb dip

  • 250 ml Joya Soya Yogurt Alternative Natural
  • 0.5 piece/s lemon (juice)
  • 1 piece/s clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 4 piece/s sprigs of dill
  • 4 piece/s sprigs of parsley


  • 250 g Joya Organic Tofu Natural
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon


  1. Cut the tofu in half lengthwise, wrap in kitchen paper, and weigh down for 30-60 minutes with a heavy object. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the rapeseed oil, tomato puree, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, chili, paprika, and cinnamon. Marinate the pressed tofu in this mixture for 2-3 hours. 
  3. Soften the wooden skewers in water.
  4. Wash the vegetables and cut into slices (not too thin), then put into a bowl and mix well with salt and olive oil. 
  5. Spear the vegetables and tofu on the wooden skewers and then either grill or fry in a pan. 
  6. For the herb dip: Finely chop the herbs and garlic and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
