Chai Coconut Latte
When spicy notes of chai meet exotic coconut, you can be sure of one thing: divine deliciousness! This heavenly taste combination can be served ice-cold in summer, but also makes for a warming delight in winter.

- 400 ml water
- 2 tsp black tea
- 2 piece/s cardamom pods
- 2 piece/s cloves
- 1 piece/s cinnamon stick
- 2 slice/s ginger
- 2 handful ice cubes
- 300 ml Dream & Joya Coconut Drink Barista
- 1 pinch aniseed
- Mix the water, black tea, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, aniseed and ginger and bring to the boil briefly. Then leave to steep for 15 minutes.
- Leave your Chai Tea to cool completely, then fill two glasses and add some ice cubes.
- Foam up the Dream & Joya Coconut Drink Barista cold, using either a milk foamer or a handheld blender, pour into the Chai, and serve.
The tea can be made in advance, stored in the fridge, and served with your Coconut Drink whenever the mood takes you!
