Chestnut Shake

Autumn tastes like chestnuts, pears and cinnamon! The great thing about this smoothie, however, isn't just the divine ingredients ‒ it's the low sugar content! Sweetened only with dates, it uses Dream&Joya Oat Drink 0% sugar as its base.

  • 75 g cooked chestnuts
  • 350 ml Dream & Joya Rice Drink 0% Sugar
  • 2 piece/s medjool dates
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 piece/s pear
  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs


  1. Core the pear and chop into small pieces. Blend into a creamy smoothie with the chestnuts, Oat Drink and cinnamon. 
  2. Gradually add the dates until the desired sweetness is reached.
  3. Pour the chestnut shake into glasses and garnish with the cocoa nibs.
