Mushrooms in a smooth cream sauce
A fast and traditional dish that you just have to love. Whether mushrooms or chanterelles - mushrooms in cream sauce are also a vegan hit.

- 100 ml Joya Organic Soya Cuisine
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Stk. onion
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 0.5 tsp flour
- 800 g mushroom
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Fry the onions in the oil until glazed and soft. Mix in 2 tablespoons of parsley and sauté briefly. Sprinkle in the flour and stir fry briefly.
- Mix in the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes. Stir in the Joya Organic Soy Cooking Cream.
- Simmer the mushrooms for 3 more minutes, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the remaining parsley over the top.
Perfect with bread dumplings.
