This fresh and zesty Lemon Pasta brings summer right onto your plate! With its the creamy sauce and fruity falvours it will make you dream of warm summer evening in Italy!

Pasta al Limone

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 60 g cashew nuts
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 piece/s garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch lemon zest
  • 250 ml Dream & Joya Pea Drink 0% Sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 handful Pea green or cress for garnish


  1. Place the cashew nuts in boling water and let soak for 30 minutes. 
  2. Then, combine all the ingredients for the Sauce in a foodprocessor and blend into a creamy sauce. Add some more Pead drink, if the sauce is too think. Once you have reached your desired consistency add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Now cook the pasta accoring to the instructions on the package.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce immediately. Serve on plate and garnish with sprouts.
