Eggnog without eggs? It sounds crazy, but it tastes exceptional. This plant-based recipe will make your eggnog particularly creamy, making it an unusual homemade Christmas gift or a special aperitif on Christmas Eve.
1. Mix the Joya Drink and syrup in a pot, add cornstarch and heat slowly while stirring constantly. Remove from heat once the liquid thickens.
2. Halve the vanilla pod, scrape it out and mix in the pulp together with the vodka, the Joya cuisine and the Kala Namak salt.
3. Fill into a bottle, chill and enjoy.

3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
2 tbsp cornstarch
