Vegan Gingerbread Liqueur
That’s where the Christmas spirit comes from! Give the vegan gingerbread liqueur away in a nice bottle as a gift or serve it as a digestif after a meal. It is very easy and quick to make and will keep in the fridge for approx. five days.

- 200 ml Joya Organic Soya Cuisine
- 125 g Dream & Joya Organic Coconut Dessert Choco
- 200 ml Joya Almond Drink
- 5 tsp gingerbread spices
- 125 ml rum
- 5 tsp maple syrup, date syrup or coconut blossom syrup
- Put the Joya Organic Soya Cuisine, Joya Almond Drink and the Joya Coconut Dessert Choco in a large bowl or a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly or beat well with a whisk.
- Season to taste.
